Good product at a fair price... BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN OFF AUTOSHIP. They kept saying I could pause for up to 6 month. Try to cancel and you go in a verification loop that never lets you cancel. Even calling on phone on hold 30min and when I finally got thru the person said you can't turn off autoship. Only pause for up to 6 months ... I wasted 60+ minutes and finally had to 100% close my account and even that was a struggle. Too bad because as I told them, I preferred to turn off autoship and order again when I need more of their product. They made it IMPOSSIBLE to do... ???
