Pretty terrible experience. You pay €29,95 for an "excellent profile" which is meant to give you priority for viewings, etc. But when you enquire about a property they rarely reply, and when they do reply they always ask you the same questions, including whether or not you have an excellent profile with them. They should know whether you have a profile or not, otherwise what is the point of making the profile? Why is there not a login system? AND even though you answer their four personal questions in response to one property, they ask you the same questions for every new property you react to (surprise, my answers are the same). It's so tedious. Also, I swear there is no priority for having an excellent profile.
