I deposited $455.47 in Bitcoin into Frigidus.com to add to my account balance. The BTC transaction confirmed, but the balance didn’t update, so I contacted support. They eventually added it manually.After that, I placed an order for a Roblox limited item. The order went to the “Pending” section and stayed there for over 24 hours with no delivery. Support told me the order didn’t automatically send because I needed to link a Roblox account with 100k+ value, so I did that and placed the order again. It still stayed pending.Support then claimed I needed to fully link my account with my cookie and 2FA, which I was not comfortable sharing. I asked if an active seller could manually deliver the item, but I couldn’t find any seller who responded.At this point, every order I placed stayed stuck at “Pending” and nothing was ever delivered. I asked support for a refund, and they started ignoring all of my follow-up messages. Eventually my chat stopped working completely, I wasn’t able to read past messages or contact support at all.At this stage, it is clear I was scammed out of $455.47 in Bitcoin. This website made itself look legitimate at first, but after taking the payment they stopped responding, blocked my access to support, and never delivered the order.I would strongly warn others to stay away from this site.
