I was following Fritz on Instagram for quite awhile before joining the Vegan Coaching program. I’ve been vegan for almost 5 years, and was at a point where I was becoming increasingly frustrated with my own attempts at building an effective workout routine. I was working out, but not really seeing the results that I was hoping for, and was gaining weight. The workouts are tailored to my abilities, and I’ve built a lot of awareness around my calorie intake, protein intake, and how much I am moving during the day. Not only has it been eye opening, but I’ve increased my step count and the amount of food I eat daily. Shortly after I started the program I had an unexpected surgery that required exercise restrictions during my recovery time and Coach Jeff was able to work with my restrictions to still create goals for me to target throughout the week, and adjust my workouts as I recovered. Currently I’m completing 3 workouts a week and not only have I watched my weight decrease, I’ve noticed a big difference in my sleeping patterns, physical strength, my body shape, and the way my clothes fit. I’ve even noticed a difference in my strength and abilities since returning to activities I did regularly prior to my surgery. The check-ins with your coach, the group chat, and the regular podcasts are also a great bonus to sustain engagement. If you’re looking for a vegan focused program that helps you build sustainable habits and significant results over time, this is definitely it.
