Before joining, I was feeling stressed and low energy and feeling insecure about my weight gain and low of strength from when I was in better shape. I was worried that the constant low energy levels were signs that more serious health problems were coming. I’m still progressing, but some of my most important wins so far have been breaking old habits, making new healthier ones that fit into my busy lifestyle in which I travel a lot. The online community, video library, and regular calls with various trainers and life coaches offer a lot of valuable material beyond the meal plans and the workout plans. After a few months of being in the program I feel like I’m still learning new benefits of the program. I feel more emotional state much more positive and energy levels much higher. I see a new foundation for significant and continued growth and progress. And it’s great meeting and interacting with new like minded people. I have had trainers in the past and have gone through phases of being fit and then out of shape. I think this program can benefit anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. Overall I definitely recommend.
