I reached out to Fritz and his team after watching one of his transformation clients videos. At the time, I was 3 months post partum and was ready to start my fitness journey after being a first-time mom. I was fearful that due to being post partum, my body would not work the same as it once did. A lot more sensitive areas, like my lower back for example. There was no strength in my body as I just did one of the strongest physical activity a human could possibly do. I wasn’t necessarily worried that I wouldn’t lose weight but building muscle has always been a concern of mine since going vegan 6 years ago. So I needed someone to coach me on how to do that. How to build muscle. How to eat right when vegan. Educate me. Instead of searching on Pinterest or reading book after book.In the last 9 months of being part of the GCA, I have lost over 12 pounds with only 3 pounds to go to get to my goal weight. I have abs and that’s after having my child. I lost most if not all of my cellulite behind my legs and below my buttocks, one of my insecure areas.Besides the physical aspects. Nutrition wise I have learned over the months how to look at a plate of food and determine what I’m missing or over consuming based on my macros. That was a result of tracking meals consistently. Although at times the meal tracking felt so overwhelming, it has completely paid off.This program has helped build my confidence in so many ways. Physically, emotionally, nutritionally, you name it. The list goes on. I would recommend this program to anyone. I constantly try to get my family members on it. Hopefully one day they can also jump on the GCA bandwagon. Thank you GCA team!
