I’m genuinely surprised that this coaching service has positive feedback. My partner and I enrolled and made our payment, yet we received no communication afterward. I had to reach out multiple times to the support team before gaining access to the app and any materials. It took almost another week to start because I needed to complete another intake call. Eventually, we were assigned a coach we had never heard of, and she provided us with a plan generated by AI. While she was generally responsive, the plan lacked any personal touch. Honestly, we wouldn’t have chosen her as a coach if we had known we wouldn’t be working with the original representative. The workouts were decent, but the app was frustrating to use. I achieved better results independently using another platform before and after coaching. The representative was absent for months. I really cannot recommend this service. It seems that the glowing reviews are from those who received genuine human-created plans, not just quick AI outputs. We received one meal plan and then nothing more; I had to ask the coach for recipes to get inspiration for meals. Much of what was promised was simply not delivered. Most importantly, after signing up, I noticed that the representative openly promotes the heavy use of AI by him and his coaches, even discussing it on social media. I requested a prorated refund and was denied, and then I was removed from the platform before my prepaid six months had concluded. This service has been a disappointing experience, and I advise others to stay away as it feels like a waste of money.
