For two months straight, instead of being charged the $7.99 per month for the basic plan, I was charged $18.60 for premium. I did not sign up for premium. While I enjoy the channel lineup, the trouble of disputing these erroneous charges with my bank makes it not worthwhile. After the first overcharge, I canceled my subscription and re-signed for the basic plan. Today, I noticed another overcharge. I managed to send an email since they don't have a phone number for support and am waiting for their response.
