We signed up for a free trial to watch a movie. The movie was interrupted by so many commercials that it added up to nearly 45 minutes of ads (almost every 7 minutes). For a $9.99 monthly subscription, the value is not justified. The movie was hard to get into due to these interruptions. Additionally, you have to navigate to your account through a browser to cancel the subscription, making the process as difficult as possible.
