My spouse signed up for a free trial back in December 2024. We just discovered today (Feb 17, 2025) that we were charged for a full year on Dec 17, 2024, without any notification! My spouse canceled the subscription and learned that we wouldn’t receive a refund after 10 months. We are stuck with a yearly subscription for a service we rarely use! AVOID THIS SERVICE!
