Received an item that did not work (baby swing) almost a month later and still not able to get someone to help me return it. They claimed I couldn’t use my 7 days return protection when it had only been 5 days since it had been delivered. Still waiting to be helped. It feels really scammy. I’d rather pay full price for any item than use this website again. Not worth it.
