I had a very disappointing experience with the service. They claimed a part was obsolete when it wasn’t and insisted I needed a new one. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion—turns out the issue was a simple recharge, not a replacement. Either they are not knowledgeable or were trying to upsell me unnecessarily. Either way, I wouldn’t trust them again. I recommend avoiding them.
