Jeanette was great . We had a high level view of what we wanted to do in Canada but Jeanette really filled in the detail and made recommendations about where to stay , transport etc . Once we agreed the final plan Jeanette took care of all the booking and prior to travel we were given a very detailed pack of itinerary tickets etc . One of the hotels we had planned to stay at had a hail storm which meant our room was no longer usable and the the team sorted it all out for us . We had an easy, fantastic and memorable trip thanks to the help of the Frontier travel and we would highly recommend them .
