Title: Refund Only Processed After Credit Card InterventionReview:I placed an order with Frontier Windows Ltd and paid a £500 deposit. During the survey, the company confirmed they could not meet my requirements, and we mutually agreed to cancel the order. I confirmed the cancellation in writing within 7 days, in accordance with their Terms & Conditions, and was advised the deposit would be refunded.Despite this, no refund was issued by the company. I sent multiple emails and a formal complaint by recorded delivery, but the refund was only recovered after intervention by my credit card provider under Section 75.This experience highlights the importance of carefully checking customer service and refund policies. I hope Frontier Windows improves its processes to ensure other customers do not face similar delays.
