I’m still waiting for Frontier Windows to respond to me. I placed an order several weeks ago and paid a 50% deposit based on their 3–4 week installation timeframe and assurances that the windows were already in production. That timeframe has long passed, and despite sending multiple emails and follow‑ups, my messages have been ignored. I’ve received no confirmed specification, no installation date, and no meaningful update on the order.The lack of communication has disrupted other trades and falls well below the expectations set at the start. I’m still hoping this will be resolved, but at the moment it has been extremely difficult to get any response from the company.Update13.01.2026After receiving a request from Frontier Windows to amend my review (I still haven’t received all the promised information from them) I gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves by sending me the information required for my planning permission, as it was delaying the installation. Despite further reminders to them, I’m STILL waiting for a reply and the requested information!
