There are several things that made my experience great.Customer experience. Here is my Customer journey from the beginning of my journey.I heard about Froxy from someone and decided to give it a try. I visited their website, I registered and saw that there is a trial version available for a few days.The interface was pretty straight forward and their interface showed hints that helped me understand their system and guided me in the right directions.The trial went pretty well and so I decided to get a minimum package to check out how it works.All went well for a few months and then I experienced a small inconvenience, where I had some leftover traffic left.Now, this is where my paradigm shifted from Froxy being a simple service to Froxy being an amazing service because of their Customer support!The guys had to bear with me, I sent a few a e-mails and I think, I raised a few tickets, but they were patient and explained everything to me.Once my billing period expired, I was kinda nervous because maybe they would not do what they said they would. I signed in today and I see that they did everything they told me they would.I've been using different services and contacted multiple companies over the years, the overall feeling that I had was subpar. You would always expect some bad experience, either in long communications or never getting a result.But here, oh my. I can't express how amazed I am at getting what I asked for. This is a unique feeling because support teams work following some procedure, they are tired, overwork, they don't care. But not here. They delivered on what they promised and I got what I wanted.Thank you Froxy Support Team for this.
