Disappointing Experience: Lackluster Support and Functionality

In my assessment, this service falls short on multiple fronts. The lack of professional support, absence of any onboarding process, and failure to extend support to iOS and MacOS are significant drawbacks, made worse by the hefty price tag and sluggish speeds.The absence of an onboarding process is particularly vexing, leaving users to navigate the service blindly. Furthermore, the service neglects to mention that it doesn't support native proxy configurations on iOS and MacOS, leading to frustratingly incorrect location data.During my trial period, I encountered numerous roadblocks and spent an exorbitant amount of time—over two hours—trying to resolve issues with their support team. Their proposed solution, suggesting port changes to rectify IP location discrepancies, reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of networking basics and highlights the glaring lack of professionalism in their support services.UPDATE 22/05/2024:In an update to my previous review, I want to bring to light the concerning behavior I experienced after submitting it. Following my review, I was contacted by a company representative via WhatsApp.They offered me a discount/free service in exchange for changing my review. After declining and requesting them to remove my contact details, they continued to contact me repeatedly through different WhatsApp and Telegram accounts, even after I blocked them each time.This relentless harassment included using aggressive and dismissive language, attempting to pressure me into changing my review.This behavior is unacceptable and a clear violation of my privacy. It raises serious concerns about the company's practices.I maintain my original review and urge Trustpilot to investigate this matter.I would consider revising my review if the company can demonstrate they have addressed this issue and implemented measures to prevent future harassment.
