I ordered a book on 23 rd Aug I have not received it. I was charged the cost of the book for the shipping charges which were not indicated on placing order and only when I was emailed the invoice I saw that . Considering it is a UAE site one never anticipated the shipment to cost that. And the book is still not here despite so many assurances . My messages regarding shipping cost and not having received order are ignored now.
