The website is a broker between various warehouses and supply chains that courier niche parts to various corners of the world. The main reason behind so many bad reviews, is mostly because the user interface, user experience, and customer service is abhorrent.
I paid for an item using a credit card which had an old address, however there was no way to actually include a delivery address. Fruugo just decided to designate the item to my old address. This is standard for every other ecom website but not for this poorly designed website.
Because their entire policy is to ship as fast as possible, and the average response time for issues with an order is 48 hours, the item will ship no questions asked with no possibility for a refund or change in order. I never received my item. This was a terrible terrible experience.
