I ordered some hair loss products that costed 118 Euro in total. They did not arrive. After reporting the problem Fruugo customer service found out that the package was lost and said they would issue refund. The refund has not arrived either. It has been over 2 months now. I wrote them 3-4 times and they no longer reply. I guess this is a scam and would not recommend using that website to anyone.Update: They responded to respond to the customer care but no one has contacted me or answered my emails.
