Totally disappointed

I placed the order on 13.05.2022, according to what was written that I will receive the order in 5-7 working days and I paid 11 euros for the shipping fee. After placing and paying for the order, a few days later I received an email stating that I would receive the order within the period 25. 05-07.06. Until 07.06 no sign about my package. I wrote and after my notification, I received an email the next day that my product missed the shipment (so I don't know why my money for sheeping was taken away !!!) and that my product is in stock in Finland and I will receive it in the shortest time. On 09.06 în my Post office appears from Fruugo that my street address has been selecte for the item...today is 14.06 and no sign about to get my product.Once a product appeared in the post office at most two days, I received the package. Now ... where's my package? Just a joke from Fruugo! I want my product or money back! Please solve the problem !!!! And one more thing,I tried to send 4 messages in the last days to Fruugo, all of them appeared with incomplete delivery.So I can't contact Fruugo in any way. Really? Why is this happening right now?
