5 stars for Melissa all the way around. She couldn’t have made my already confusing transfer to Medicare any easier. She was extremely patient while I waited 3 months to be able to enroll. Answered all of my questions (multiple times) and was thorough in explaining why X plan was better than Y. Highly recommend her services to anybody looking for a Medicare plan.
