I have found FT customer care absolutely diabolical over the last 12 months of my digital subscription ( now cancelled)I have spent many hours both on the phone and on the chat "service" when for no apparent reason I lost access.Just as it seemed I was getting somewhere up pops the message "Sorry but we are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment..."This has happened far too many times to be coincidence. Cynical, manipulative, unethical. Seems to be "staffed by people who couldn't care less and/ or have no empowerment to do anything to help you anyway.Beyond frustrating. Absolutely appalling.
