SUBSCRIBERS BEWAREthis is for my subscription of investors chronicle.co.ukI signed up for a quarterly service for 1 quarter and it automatically renewed into the next quarter without informing me. Upon calling and emailing customer service to cancel on the day i was charged, i was told that they could not cancel until the end of the quarter and subsequently no refund was possible. What kind of business model is this! Forcing the customer to continue on without any choice....DISSAPOINTED!
