I subscribed to the FT print delivery in March 2021. Since then, I have received the paper 4 times. I have called numerous times to speak with customer service. I have documented over 20 conversations with customer service, always told I would receive a call back. I never do. I have attempted to escalate the issue, without any results. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery service!Edit: After I posted this review, FT.com replied that they have contacted me to address the issue. I have not received any correspondence from them. I will revise this in the event they actually reach out to me to address the issue.
