I reported the problem, but despite providing clear screen recordings as evidence, the support team blamed me and then ignored my subsequent emails. This reflects poorly on the company, as it seems they don’t support their clients' success. I feel wronged by their behavior, which is why I am sharing my experience after noticing they removed my previous review. It's best to avoid firms like this and manage your investments wisely.
