I Strongly Dislike this company. After successfully going through cancellation and refund policies of varying online platforms I was shocked and appalled when Fubo wouldn't refund an annual subscription charge despite the fact that their service didnt work on any available device, citing "FUBO DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS". While CS agents are polite, they are terrible with technical troubleshooting, general communication. and overall helpfulness. Fortunately, the sentiment about FUBO is growing, I'm guessing within 3 years they'll struggle to retain customers.
