Have had numerous problems with the guide and favorites, their tech service has been no help and today, when we continually tried to watch the South Florida at Miami college football game, Fubo kept telling us "Something Went Wrong." "We're currently experiencing a technical issue and are working to restore this channel ASAP. Thank you for your patience." This started happening earlier in the week and has only gotten worse. We have done everything they suggested for trouble shooting with negative results. They were great in the past but kind of suck now and are not dependable.On 9/18/2025, Fubo responded to my post, expressing their regrets for my experience and offering their technical assistance. The problem is after numerous email exchanges about a month ago RE my "favorites" sequential order disappearance issue and their promise to resolve that issue, they still haven't. The technical issue I wrote about originally, resolved itself after the football game was complete. Adding insult to injury for that lack of game viewing ability experience. My recommendation is to take these issues for action when they occur, not two days later but they don't have that capability. Just an ineffective chat and subsequent email tech assistance, rather than anything live.
