I signed up for the Free Trial, and the day before it was due to end I went in to try to cancel and it said “No subscriptions to cancel”, so I deleted my account. 3 days later a charge pops up for $91.98. I emailed Fubo right away. They made me send them the EXACT same card details FOUR e-mails in a row, saying there was no purchase on their end with that card. Then, finally, they send me an e-mail that they found my charge but they won’t issue a refund. I even have the screenshots from the day before my subscription was due to end when I changed my password and was trying to delete my free trial so I wouldn’t get charged. Now I’m waiting to hear back from BOA about the dispute, because Fubo stole my money.
