I have seen numerous reviews stating how difficult the cancellation process is, and after navigating the process many people were still getting billed. A few years ago, Amazon was fined by the American courts for deliberately making their cancellation process for Amazon Prime as difficult as possible. The courts said that the cancellation process should be as easy as the sign up process.
