Fubo is a great streaming service if you're a sports fan. But it's customer support is beyond horrible. All of our TVs are the same brand (Samsung), but because of location in the house, one is connected directly to the Wi-Fi while the other is on a Firestick. The one on the Firestick performs perfectly. But on the other, which is only a few months old, we are unable to play anything we've recordednothing recorded. When you tried to play any recording, regardless of the channel the program/game/etc originally aired on, the screen would freeze and nothing would happen ... period. A Samsung remote tech support session determined the problem was not with the TV but with Fubo's service. So I contacted Fubo the only way you can, first by text chat and then by email. (You can't actually TALK to anyone.) After more than a week of dealing with countries emails, only to be asked the same questions and instructed to perform the same steps in every email - all with no resolution to the problem - I got another Firestick. Now both TVs perform flawlessly, no thanks whatever to Fubo technical support, which as it turns out is no support at all.
