Customer service agent John was helpful and patient, and helped resolve my issue in 5 mins. or less by taking me step-by-step through the process. Reaching an agent was hell, though. So many voice prompts, so much being led down blind alleys, so much 'press 1,' followed by 'press 3,' followed by 'press 2,' and so on. All this for what, in the end, was a basic tech issue at Fubo's end. Fubo needs to address the entire customer service procedure.
