I tried to open a FUBO account/app. I tried several times to activate the account. After two frustrating hours, I opened FUBO chat. That first “chat” attempt was like being put on hold. I gave up and ended the chat session. Later, I tried again and was successful in chatting with Ramon. He was very helpful in resolving my concern. My concern was that after entering my payment method, I could not open FUBO. It was like “going down a rabbit hole”. Every solution FUBO suggested led me back the “sign up” page. So, I had the application cancelled. Per Ramon, there will be no billing.
