The actual service itself is good but if you have to reach someone good luck which is why I gave a 1 rating. It's easier to reach someone at Xfinity and get an answer than what I currently just went through. A charge of $5.75 was billed and I was trying to figure out what it was for. After an hour of the endless AI help or "See this article" I was about to cancel my service from frustration. I finally reached a customer service rep and explained the amount I was charged is different than what my subscription says is due. There is not an invoice to match up what is due and what was charged and paid. I was told they don't do invoices with the amount due and he could not explain why the amounts were different. I asked for a supervisor and was told none available. So here I am wasting my time and hopefully someone from the company will reach out to me and explain why the amount due is different from what I was charged.
