I have been a subscriber to FUBO streaming since 10/12/2023, on PREPAID quarterly basis. Their website offers users an option to pause a subscription for 1, 3, or 6 months - user's choice. Back in early December timeframe I paused service until 20 APR 2025. My latest Visa statement shows that they made a charge for $300.51 on 01/20. I phoned to request a refund because I had paused service. The agent said they had no record of the pause and refused to make any refund. I told them to cancel my account and advised that I would put this latest charge in dispute.
