Stopped streaming during contract

We canceled our subscription because the monthly rate kept going up and was getting close to the cost of cable before we stopped using cable (beware the promotional period). When we canceled, FUBO was supposed to stop streaming on January 5, which is what we paid for with our three month payment plan. The streaming stopped six days early. Not worth my time to deal with poor customer service, but thought others should know.
