Channels are great. We signed up for the trial, but my husband decided he wanted NFL Sunday ticket, so we went with YouTube. We cancelled the trial, but they still charged our credit card. It is impossible to get a human being on the phone, in chat or on an email. So we have to eat the ~$65 they charged us. Thye lost my confidence, and not only will I not ever go back - but I'll also never say a good word about the service.
