The customer service person I got was polite, understood the fact that as a Baby Boomer, I did not grow up with technology and that I was frustrated bc the Yankees schedule said the game would be streamed by FUBO, MLB, etc. Well....it wasn't. YES had the exclusive for that game. The problem was that being so new to FUBO, was I making a mistake? Missing someting? etc. She was excellent in describing exactly what I had done altho I had not quite remembered doing it. Tech is overwhelming to someone who isn't engaged in it day in/day out.
