I started my 7 day free trial on July 14th,2024. I cancelled the same day because it wasn’t needed for the game I wanted to watch. After cancelling, the system charged me during the free trial period. I requested a refund, it was denied, even after showing clear evidence. The customer service reason, “the system doesn’t offer that option”
