I tried signing up for Fubo and got a message saying my email was was invalid and that I would need to use another email. Proceeded to have an email conversation with a customer service/tech representative USING THE SAME EMAIL, and was told again by them, in an email TO THAT ADDRESS, that it was not a valid email. If you want to trust this level of incompetence with your money, not to mention trusting these tech geniuses to protect against any hacks involving your personal and payment data, do so at your own risk. But I’m going to move on to another service that can at least realize that an email they’ve been communicating with someone at is indeed a valid email. That doesn’t seem to high a bar to expect an organization to be able to pass if they want my money. Especially considering the strength of a streaming company is, in a large part, supposed to be a technologically sound platform.Blessing in disguise being made aware of this before I signed up, can even imagine what a potential nightmare I avoided.P.S. - In order to post this message, I had to enter a code I received at my “invalid” email, I wonder how I managed to do that Fubo… 🤔
