Terrible DVR, horrible customer service

I’ve had Fubo for probably 6 months. Suddenly most of my programs recorded for viewing at a later time on their DVR service just vanished, both on the tv and the Apple app. After 30 minutes of being on hold(pretty standard these days) I spoke with support who had me try a number of things, all of which did no good. Their response “do you remember each show, episode etc?” NO! Who does? They then said sorry but there is nothing they could do. The DVR still shows the same number of hours filled up.No offer of discount, nothing, just sorry. So I have canceled their poor service department
