I signed up to watch a particular sports event. That event showed up in the program/guide listing and details were accurate. I waited for the time scheduled and then things stalled out and I was not able to watch my desired program. I emailed Fubo and received a very prompt cancellation of the three month renewal. Then I emailed asking for a refund of the initial three month fee which was already paid. Fubo quite promptly refunded that fee and issued a polite apology. I found Fubo to be excellent in responding and resolving the issue very promptly and to my full satisfaction. Will use their services again in the future.
