Utterly corrupt company! Horrific! I signed up for their weekly free trial and canceled on day 5....I HAVE TWO EMAILS TO PROVE MY CANCELLATION. They ignored my cancelations and charged me $275!!! When I saw the bill on my credit card I called them and immediately demanded a refund which they wd not give bc they're a "PREPAY" COMPANY ---- $275 FOR 3 MONTHS! I FOUGHT THEM TO NO AVAIL. I HATE HATE HATE THEM & I LIVE IN SILICON VALLEY SO I WILL PREVAIL UPON EVERY OPPORTUNITY I CAN TO MAKE THEM PAY FOR THEIR LIES. ....Customer Satisfaction? They might as well have a brand of "We Screw Our Customers!"
