I'm glad to find out that Fubo.tv has good, prompt customer service when an issue arises. As for the app itself, we are finding that it is hard to fast-forward. You can't see a thumbnail of the screen, so you are blindly hitting the 15 second advance button. It takes a while for the screen to catch up then. Our other main problem is we got Fubo.tv to watch sports, yet we can't see our Cleveland Cavaliers playoff games that are on TNT because they don't carry that channel in our zip code.
