Fubo responded to my SECN+ outage…

Fubo responded to my SECN+ outage timely. I was able to speak with a technician but my outage had to be escalated. I got a timely response from the escalation by email with steps to take to recover. The email instructions were not specific enough to recover by following the instructions. After two days I was successful at recovering by somewhat of a trial and error effort.
