First, let me say I believe Fubo TV is the best streaming application on the market. The App's human interface is amazing. However, the Customer Service Human Interface is atrocious! Never have I experienced such ineptitude in any major organization. Once you've reached your Limit with the total lack of knowledge of the CSR and you ask to have your problem escalated you will be told one of two things:1. I cannot escalate this problem for you, there's no one available2. I'll have someone call you back within 24-48 hours (Of course, NO ONE ever calls you back).Now, the CSR refuses to refund my card for the subscription fee I paid one hour ago even though he admits he cannot help you receive the service you just paid for.
