I initially tried to resolve the issue via email. I thought the issue had been resolved but it hadn't. The next time I called. The guy who answered my call was friendly, polite and welcoming. When I explained the issue he immediately resolved the issue. I'm not sure what happened the first time but second time got it done. I hope I have no further issues but if I do I have faith in a speedy resolution.
