I have FUBO on my contacts list not because I have a lot of trouble but because I talked to reps so many times comparing to alternatives. Had to have specific streaming channels. When an alternative had something I hadn't heard about I'd call FUBO again to check. Reps took the time to explain things to me ie internet connection issues and tower changing ip addresses. Worked in IT so they probably detailed a little more. I was just about to decide FUBO anyway and called 1x more. Rep told me to use the 7 day trial and how to cancel it if I didn't want it. I did and have been a FUBO lover ever since. Hubby is happy with sports and I'm happy he's not complaining about cable anymore. I've told multiple people about FUBO. My local channels have gone out a couple times after losing the internet connection. I know why that happens thanks to reps explanation and immediately call support and they have it fixed while I'm still talking. Only thing I wish would change is reps stating how sorry he/she is when it's not their fault. But that's the script and they're probably doing the fix while telling me how sorry they are. Lol.
