I am absolutely furious with FuboTv right now. Whatever you do- DO NOT use their service. I signed up for a free trial in April 2023, cancelled within 10 minutes because they did not have the basketball game I was looking to watch. In June 2023, I received over $400 worth of charges. They tell me I reactivated my account and upgraded some packages. It was absolutely not me. I was still sleeping when I received the “welcome back” email from Fubo, along with the charges on my card. I immediately notified my card company when I woke up, and to this day Fubo still insists it was me. They provided documentation to my credit card company, and the credit card company denied my dispute. Although, the documentation they provided to my credit card company clearly shows activity from an IP address in Seattle (I’m in Wisconsin) - Fubo will not talk to me at all because I’ve disputed it with my credit card, and I’m struggling to be able to talk to anyone at my credit card company to be able to explain that information to them. It is beyond frustrating.
