I hate that my interaction had to involve an unauthorized user inputting my cc information; but Melanie was a pleasure to chat with. The issue was resolve promptly and professionally. I was prepared to be angry and forceful to have my demands met….to my surprise there was no need for anger. Melanie understood what happened and was great to work with.
